Our Team

Prof. Olusegun Ayadi is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees. He is JPMorgan Chase Professor of Finance at Texas Southern University, Houston, Texas, USA. He has always been interested in the welfare of students and was the Financial Secretary of University of Lagos Students’ Union in 1978/79 session. In 2006, he donated three classrooms to   Barnabas’ Anglican School at Ode Erinje, his hometown.

 Prof. Taiwo Asaolu is the alternate Chairman of the Board. He is a Professor of Accounting and former Dean of Administration, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife

Bamidele is a business administrator with professional experience in business management, corporate sales, strategy, financial reporting and customer relationship management. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Korede is a product management professional with experience in developing technology products. A Certified Product Manager by the Association of International Product Marketing & Management (AIPMM), she is also an alumnus of the Alliance Manchester Business School.

Dr. Funso Esan is a retired  Director in Federal  Civil Service and was  Acting Permanent Secretary,  Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs. He also served as Ondo state Commissioner for Environment. Dr Esan bagged his doctorate degree in Economics at Unilag in 2021, 41 years after his first degree in 1980.

Barrister Santos Owootori is not only a lawyer but also an expert in Management where he has under-graduate and graduate degrees. He was the Financial Secretary of University of Lagos Students’ Union in 1980/81 session.

Adeolu Ijose is a 1985 First Class Accounting graduate of the University of Lagos. He brings to the Board his vast experience acquired in Financial Services/Banking, Oil and Gas, Accounting, Auditing and Consulting Services. He is currently the Chief Commercial Officer of Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company Plc (IBEDC)

Prof. Tunde Otusanya is a Professor of Accounting at University of Lagos. He is also a Federal Commissioner at the Tax Appeal Tribunal, South South Zone ,Benin City.

Prof. Francis Faduyile is a Professor/Consultant Pathologist at Lagos State University College of Medicine/ Teaching Hospital. He is the immediate past President of Nigerian Medical Association and currently Special Adviser on Health to Ondo State Governor.

Mrs. Morenike Alaka is a Development Officer. Like her father, Senator A. O Onunkun (OON) of the second republic, she has passion for public service and is a past Chairman of Okitipupa Local Government Council

Mrs. Ibuola Anikibe is a  Business/Event Manager . An alumnus of Unilag and Obafemi Awolowo University with background in accounting and management, she is a lady with passion for youth development.

Ms. Sakeenat Bakare is a financial services expert, with experience covering pension and non-pension asset management, banking, and insurance.  A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), she is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN). She is an alumnus of INSEAD Business School, France where she obtained her MBA.
